ARTSANBETON is a lightweight facade panel with panel, composite structure. The outer shell material is a fiber reinforced concrete with a thickness of 10-15 mm, produced in the desired form, color and texture. ARTSANBETON shell is supported with a steel carrier system during the production phase and turned into panels in desired dimensions.

Thickness

Desired heat, sound and water insulation can be achieved with a panel - wall thickness of 10-20 cm.

Lightness

Unit range between 20-25 kg/m2 in shell thicknesses of 10-15 mm.
Between 50% and 80% lighter load on building facades compared to the classical system.

Size / Lightness

Panel dimensions are created completely depending on the project and panels up to 4-5 meters are produced. The main limiting factor in panel dimensions is transportation. It is possible to produce panels with large areas such as 10-15 m2.

Heat

With the help of 10-20 cm wall thickness, the perfect insulation that can be provided provides maximum energy savings at minimum weight. Thermal insulation can be provided at desired values ​​by changing the thickness according to the need.

Water isolation

It provides joint formation at minimum cost in fixed width joints that can be formed with very low tolerances. Double-sealed joint system optionally offers extra security.

INSTALLATION:

Our materials are mounted with welding or stainless steel concrete screws according to their size. Holes, cracks or joints caused by screws, welding, transportation or any other reason are repaired with our high quality mastic and joint fillers. It is delivered ready to paint.
