The precast elements we produce; It is obtained by applying the mixture formed with white cement + special silica sand + various chemicals + AR type glass fiber + water to steel, polyester, wooden or silicone molds.

In our product, steel or iron reinforcement is not used especially as it can cause surface capillary cracks in possible earthquakes and vibrations.

Glass fibers, which are very well dispersed in Portland cement mortar, serve as reinforcement. Precast concrete elements, whose fiber additive material is alkali-resistant glass fiber, offers great design flexibility by providing the desired form and surface texture.

The FTB material we produce is applied to any of the polyester, steel or wooden molds in accordance with the details in such a way that the detail is required to form the required thickness, and the precast element is ready for assembly after the necessary setting stages.
